OpenIP provides you with day-to-day local support through its national network of integrators and you benefit from a dedicated contact person in pre-sales and incident management.


Technical Support


Our Technical Support team consists of 15 people, divided into 2 levels to handle all your queries in the event of an incident. This team receives regular training in order to provide you with effective support and to ensure that our service quality commitments are respected.

The Sales Team


Our Sales team consists of 4 permanent project managers who connect you with partners in your area to provide you with efficient local support. Your partner is then on hand to carry out feasibility studies, work out your specifications with you and ensure ongoing support as your needs evolve.

The OpenIP Sales team is also at your disposal for any questions about our packages and services.
