OpIOS OpenIP Router

Equipment that matches your needs perfectly

The OpIOS 4.0 router, released in the second quarter of 2018, is the latest addition to OpenIP's OpIOS range. It features the latest technical, functional and security innovations. It will satisfy your most exacting requirements. Even as an entry-level product, the OpIOS router—as fast as it is efficient—supports a fibre optic broadband connection up to 500 Mbps.

Benefit from an installation carried out by one of our expert technicians, with no interruption to your services and no inconvenience to your users.

Service continuity

The OpIOS 4.0 offers the possibility to combine several Internet connections and therefore enables a Failover option. This means that if one of the Internet connections fail, the router automatically switches to another connection, which protects users from Internet downtime.

This system helps to protect you from generic operator breakdowns by offering the flexibility to use two connections from different operators on the same equipment.

High-quality VoIP service

The OpIOS router is able to prioritise Voice flow rather than other flows (Internet, etc.) to always guarantee the highest possible quality of the Voice service.

The Voice service quality can be measured independently using the quality score (MOS) included in your call details.

Easy configuration

The router is configured from an interface that can be accessed from your web browser, and configuring the equipment is easy and simple. Thanks to this interface, once you have completed the installation with your integrator, if you are technically minded you can independently change the settings of the equipment (open a firewall port, add a route, etc.).

Router maintenance and lifetime warranty

The configuration of your OpIOS routers is saved twice a day.

If the router is found to have a fault, OpenIP will send you a new OpIOS with your existing configuration: 24 hours after reporting the incident to OpenIP's support team, you will receive your new router ready to be plugged in. Easy as 1, 2, 3!

OpenIP also carries out daily remote maintenance to guarantee that the equipment remains stable, secure and efficient. The OpIOS router is updated automatically between 4 and 6 o'clock in the morning. It is also monitored by OpenIP 24/7 to ensure its is functioning properly.

Remote management

This functionality makes it possible for your integrator to remotely change settings on your router or, in the event of a technical failure, for OpenIP's support teams to take control of your router to look for and analyse the source of the problem.
